Payment card data is typically handled by our payment processor and not stored in full on LYNKSpay servers.

We use information to provide and improve the Service, process transactions you initiate, support operators, prevent fraud and abuse, meet legal obligations, and communicate product updates when appropriate.

4. Sharing

We may share data with service providers (hosting, analytics, payment processors), at your direction (e.g. integrations), or when required by law. We do not sell personal information as that term is commonly understood.

We retain information as needed for the purposes above and applicable law. We apply administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the data; no method of transmission is 100% secure.
