1. Agreement
By accessing or using LYNKSpay (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are accepting on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. The Service
LYNKSpay provides point-of-sale software for restaurants and retail, including order management, payments facilitation, and related tools. Features may change as we iterate. Hardware, payment processing, and third-party integrations may be subject to separate terms.
3. Accounts & access
You are responsible for safeguarding credentials, staff PINs, and terminal access. You must keep account information accurate and notify us promptly of unauthorized use.
4. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the Service, interfere with other customers, attempt unauthorized access, or use LYNKSpay for unlawful activity. We may suspend access for abuse or risk to the platform.
5. Payments
Card processing is typically provided by Stripe or another processor under their terms. LYNKSpay does not hold merchant settlement funds unless explicitly stated in a separate agreement.
6. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. This stub will be replaced with counsel-approved language before general availability.
